Duke Boys and Gasoline

Garage sales were not the greatest today but I did find a kids TV tray from 1981 featuring The Dukes of Hazzard and an old 5L USMC gas tank from 1972. Not bad for $1.50!

Metal Thermos Cooler & Coleman Stove Parts

Stopped at an estate sale this morning after not finding many yard sales and picked up a few things. Got an older metal cooler made by Thermos which is kinda rusty but I like the way it looks. Also got 2 NOS generators for the old Coleman camp stoves. I'm keeping the Coleman parts but the cooler will be for sale at the next car show I go to.

1960's Girl Scout Canteen

This is today's thrift store find. Aluminum Girl Scout canteen with plaid & green cloth cover. Has the GS logo on the back and on the button snaps.

Vintage Bomber Style Airplane Seats

Kool old bomber style aluminum airplane seats I found at a garage sale up in Deland. Just sold them and they will be going to Indiana.

1960's Fiberglass Kreuger Chair

I noticed this chair about 3 weeks ago on someones front porch up in Merritt Island while driving to a car show. I stopped at the house, knocked on the door, and ended up buying the chair for a great price. After cleaning and polishing the fiberglass and repainting the legs, plus adding new glides to the feet, it now looks pretty good. It's currently up for sale.

In The Beginning

Well, I've finally decided to start a blog. I hope to add new photos and text almost everyday as life goes on and I find stuff to add. Let the Vintage Hide-Out begin.
